Two numbers set the price, your sites and the customers storing with you this month. Each one adds a fixed amount that gets smaller as you grow, and the price never jumps between tiers.

What is never on the invoice

How we calculate the price
We calculate the price from the number of sites you run and the number of customers storing with you that month.
Recording items is free, so your team can scan every box separately.
What the volume ceiling is for
Each storing customer brings 8 m³ of fair-use volume, so a few very large accounts can't pass for a small operation. It tracks physical space, not how carefully your team records items.
If you cross it, from the next cycle we count one customer per 8 m³ stored. Nothing stops working, and there is no separate overage line.
