What the volume ceiling is for
Each tier carries a stored-volume ceiling so a handful of very large business accounts cannot sit inside a Starter plan. It moves with physical reality, not with how carefully your team recorded an item.
Cross it and we move you up a tier at the start of the next cycle. Nothing stops working, and nothing gets billed as overage.
