A service is a list of visits, so storage by the box, a move between two addresses and luggage left at the counter each have their own. Your site asks Stortrace what can be booked, what it costs and which days are free, and then posts an order that holds the slot. That order lists what is stored, what the customer bought and every visit for the whole stay.
Online bookingA driver scans the printed sheet and works the visit on their own phone, taking photos and a signature or recording why a visit was skipped. Each scan updates the item's custody record, so nobody copies a delivery into a second system. Your office puts jobs onto routes, vans and crews from the same orders.
Jobs & driversWe record each scan with who made it, where and on which job, and the record cannot be edited afterwards. An item's location is taken from its last scan. The empty boxes you deliver are scanned out and back in the same way, so you can list the ones still at a customer's address.
Custody chainYou set the prices for rent, visits and extras, and we calculate each invoice from what the custody record shows was stored. A prepayment taken at booking is deducted from the invoices that follow.

Your team measures footprint, volume and weight when goods arrive, and we calculate the invoice from those figures. The warehouse floor is organised as five queues, and one scan moves an item from each queue to the next.
