Modern mobile
storage software.
Stortrace tracks every container you own, whether it is empty or full, at a customer's address or in your warehouse.
Free for your first 30 days. No card required.
Tracking your empty containers
You deliver a container empty and collect it full. Between those two jobs it sits at a customer's address, and it still belongs to you.
Each drop-off and each collection is a scan, so the container is recorded going out empty, waiting at the customer and coming back.
The number of containers you can sell next week comes from those scans.
Returnable states
Only your own containers enter these states. A customer's pallet never does.
Containers stored on site
Some of your customers keep the container on site. It never reaches your warehouse, and it is billed every month like any other.
Stortrace records it as stored at the customer's address, where a warehouse container would have a bin. It appears in the same list, whether you call the service mobile or portable storage.
When the container comes back to the warehouse, or is emptied where it stands, your driver records that with one more scan.
Where a container is stored
An on-site container counts as stored, so it is invoiced like one in the warehouse.
Sealed containers
Your customer packs and seals the container. Every scan records who held it and where, and nobody has to list what is inside.
One rate per container size
The invoice counts the containers your customer holds at that rate, and it prorates the month in which they arrive.
Drop-offs and collections
Deliveries and collections are jobs that your driver works from, and each job lists the containers it moves.
